Yesterday in World Views, the children designed their own stained glass windows to depict images of love or forgiveness. Today, they used tissue paper to bring the windows to life. Such amazing creativity!

The children are learning about different forces in science. They investigated the force of friction when dragging a shoe across different surfaces and measured it using a Newton metre.

We had another lovely session today. The children enjoyed playing 'human chess' and 'fire in the forest', to begin the session. They then started making their mallets, using the bow-saws and saw-horses. They worked in small groups to build a contraption that would gather rainwater, this water will then be used to water our plants. The children also finished making the bow and arrows, ready to use in their play.

The children had a try at hessian weaving.
