St Augustine’s Church of England Primary School serves Scaynes Hill and its surroundings.

The Governors and staff here at St Augustine’s CEP School have a vision for the school that we will excel at being:

“A village primary school, maximizing each child‘s potential through a creative, child-centred, integrated, balanced and broad curriculum producing healthy, happy, and polite children who embrace Christian values.”

We feel this encompasses all that those involved in the school wish to achieve.

This site is directed primarily at the parents of current and prospective pupils at St Augustine’s School, and at those pupils, but we hope that it may also be of some interest to the wider community in and around Scaynes Hill, to let them know what is happening in what we hope they will think of as their school.

Though most of the navigation menu items are likely to be obvious, it may help to mention that there is a plan of the school to be found via the Location link, that pictures of the children’s work and activities will be found, in the Gallery section of the site, and that the Documents section includes such things as the prospectus, term dates, and official school policies.
